3 years ago - Business & Industry - Colombo 13A sieve analysis (or gradation test) is a practice or procedure used to assess the particle size distribution (also called gradation) of materials, such as aggregates, sand, clay, minerals, cement, coal, soil, manufactured powders, grain and seeds.
Dazhen test sieves are designed for accurate and efficient particle analysis/gradation test. One sieve or a nested column of sieves can be used in hand sieving or sieve shaker method.
The top is a lid. The sieve under the lid has the largest screen openings; Each lower sieve in the column has smaller openings than the one above. At the base is a round pan, called a catch pan.
