We are offering an annex (separate unit) of a house with 1 room, 1 bathroom, and a living room area for KDU students (female) to rent out in a safer, good neighborhood (with CCTV camera setup) within 8 minutes (650 m) distance to the KDU university at the following prices:

Option 1: Price on a single room basis: Rs. 21,000.00

Option 2: Price on a double room Basis: Rs. 25,000.00 (Rs. 12,500.00 per person sharing a double room)

Remark:

1. The house is owned by a couple who work as doctors and live in the main house.

2. Three months' rent is required as a deposit.

3. Water and electricity charges are not included in the above price. Hostel members will have to share and pay these charges separately based on a negotiated price.

4. Rooms are furnished, and that includes fans.

5. All students will have to sign an individual agreement that includes the terms and conditions of the rental.
