A newly created role, we’re on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to support our Ower, who need some professional support to make his days run smoother. We’re looking for someone who is highly engaged ,open minded and highly motivated and work from home and willing to travel with him when needed
You will be working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to multi-task effortlessly, you will be super organised and can proactively anticipate needs and requirements.
Reporting to the Owner, you will receive all the support you need to get you up and running and make sure you’re set up for success.we can provide full training
We are New Zealand base wine exports company (wholesale)
We supply wines to 21 countries including Sri Lanka
You will be working from home in Sri Lanka but you will get an opportunity to travel to other countries with the owner time to time
To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you:
Are super organised with excellent time management skills
Willing to travel overseas
You can multi-task and work through priorities
Hard-working, passionate and committed to business excellence
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
Are willing to work on some Nz time and Europe time
Excellent attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Importantly - Enjoy some traveling
